Bees it is then...
Med Gulls calling as I loaded the car, at least 150 at Titchfield during the morning (some badly digi-binned with the SLR and 50mm lens above) and yet more overhead as I unloaded the car back at home!!
Two views above from hides; a 'plop' of Water Vole by the Pumfrett hide and this one above in the pathside ditch but a bit too far for the little 50mm lens.
Renewed site membership for the next 12 months and picked up Falk's bee book - looks fantastic but challenging!!
No spring birds other than Chiffs and just the male harrier going about his business.
Perhaps unsurprisingly the local Cettis put on a point blank display preening after a wash and singing loudly just a few feet away; yet again I think it knew I wasn't carrying a camera.
